昨天，台湾成为亚洲首个将同性婚姻合法化的国家。
对于这个国家来说，这是一个历史性的时刻，许多人聚集在立法机构大楼外聆听这项裁决。当裁决被下达时，人们欢呼、大笑和哭泣。
大法官委员会裁定，歧视同性伴侣是违反宪法的。法院给了立法者两年的时间来做出改变，之后他们会自动进入。

Taiwan is set to become the FIRST Asian Country to legalize same-sex marriage. #Taiwan’s top court has ruled that the country’s ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional, in a landmark decision for #LGBTQ rights in #Asia. —————————————————- The man in the picture is Chi Chia-wei. In 1986, the 28-year-old Chi hosted a press conference in front of a McDonald’s in Taipei, becoming the first openly gay man in Taiwan.
